If you wish to return or exchange your merchandise for any reason, you may do so within 14 days after the date of purchase for exchange, refund or credit (excluding package, shipping and handling charges). Refunds are issued back to you in the original form of payment. Please see below for specific return packing instructions. We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only items in original condition will be accepted for refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you on the approval of the partial or full refund. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment since we cannot give credit for items that arrived damaged or do not arrive in our warehouse. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error, refund will not be granted.
Partial refund If you are returning the item(s), we will issue a refund in the original form of payment for the amount of the item(s) within the return period. If you are exchanging the item and if the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item(s), please include payment for the additional amount.
1. Circle the item(s) being returned on the original invoice along with the reason for return.
2. Please indicate whether you would like to exchange the item(s) or prefer credit/payment back.
3. Include a copy of the original invoice with the returned item(s).
4. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package’s condition is not suitable for a safe return.

We will process your refunds once we receive the item. For North American customers, this can take up to 7-14 business days depending on the postal method you choose in returning the item to us. If your initial order was placed with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. Refund process time for customers living outside of North America may vary depending on location.
